RoboGO is building toward a business that can be managed from a phone, with trusted local support for the work that still needs hands on a vehicle. The goal is a clear operating picture: what is ready, what needs attention and what each decision costs.

Built from practical fleet experience

RoboGO's founder currently manages a fleet of semi trucks for a large beer company. That experience shapes our attention to readiness, maintenance, downtime and consistent follow-through. Robotaxi operations introduce different requirements, so we are validating the assumptions before launch.

A proposed daily readiness process

  1. Review exceptions. Check vehicles that are unavailable, low on charge, overdue for inspection or waiting for a service task. Assign a responsible person and a next step.
  2. Confirm the physical condition. Use a documented cleaning and inspection checklist, with completion evidence and a process to remove a vehicle from service when needed.
  3. Plan charging. Compare electricity cost, travel time, charging speed, attendant availability and the time a vehicle will be unavailable.
  4. Close the loop. Confirm task completion, record the cost and return the vehicle to a ready state only when the required checks are complete.

Charging decisions should include downtime

The cheapest electricity does not always produce the lowest total operating cost. Our proposed comparison includes the energy purchased, empty miles to the charger, labor needed to plug in and the time away from potential service. Faster charging may be useful when time matters; slower charging may fit a longer idle window.

Automated charging decisions and vehicle commands are development goals. They depend on supported vehicle interfaces, access permissions and a reliable physical charging process. A planning recommendation is not evidence that a car can drive to or connect to a charger automatically.

What the demo shows, and what comes next

Explore today: a public software demonstration using illustrative fleet data. It shows the intended operating view, rather than a live commercial RoboGO fleet.

Being planned: verified live integrations, task assignment, inspection evidence, charging recommendations and per-vehicle cost tracking. These capabilities must be tested before they support live operating decisions.

Measure the whole vehicle cost

Our financial planning considers financing or ownership cost, depreciation, insurance, charging, cleaning, repairs, tires, parking and downtime. We intend to compare estimated costs with actual results per vehicle and per operating hour as operations become available. Demo earnings are not a forecast or income guarantee.
