Planning a robotaxi fleet for St. Louis.
RoboGO is preparing for future robotaxi operations in the St. Louis region. Our focus is the work behind a dependable fleet: vehicle readiness, charging, cleaning, maintenance and the ability to manage the operation from a phone.
We have a public fleet software demo. RoboGO does not currently offer public robotaxi rides in St. Louis, take ride bookings or announce a launch date. Demo vehicles, trips and earnings are illustrative data.
Why start with local operations?
A fleet needs more than vehicles. It needs places to park, reliable access to energy and people who can handle the physical work when a vehicle needs attention. We are exploring those requirements across St. Louis, South County and the wider metro area before committing to an operating footprint.
Our planning will compare where a vehicle is needed with the time and cost of reaching a charger, cleaning location or repair provider. Locations shown in the demo are planning examples, not confirmed service areas or approved pickup locations.
What needs to be in place before launch?
- Platform access and eligible vehicles. Confirm the applicable network terms, vehicle eligibility and operating capabilities before buying vehicles for this purpose.
- Permission and coverage. Establish the required approvals, insurance and operating procedures for the actual service and locations.
- Local support. Agree on parking access, charging arrangements, cleaning standards and an escalation process for incidents or disabled vehicles.
- Economics that hold up. Test demand, empty miles, downtime and total vehicle costs using conservative assumptions before scaling.

The Fleet OS demo shows our approach to bringing vehicle status, charging and alerts together. Our fleet operations plan explains the practical workflows behind that view.
